Want to develop food ingredients as cosmetic raw materials. ■Evaluation Features: - In a single test, the functional potential of the test sample can be understood for approximately 180 genes related to skin function. - By using a three-dimensional cultured epidermal model, testing is possible even for poorly water-soluble substances. - Based on the results of the microarray and the purpose of data acquisition, we will propose evaluation systems (in vitro/human evaluation) to confirm in the next step. ■Test Overview: The test sample is applied to a three-dimensional cultured epidermal model or epidermal cells, and after cultivation, RNA is collected. Gene expression analysis is performed using a one-color method with a DNA chip.
